Dropped 15 lb (around 7 kg) in the first few months of gym. Mom and dad (since they dropped by from their Manila trips... sadly, not at the same, but it's okay) said the results were noticeable. This is great. I feel great. It takes longer for me to tire now, and I feel happier overall.
I lost some, and I'm sure I can afford to lose some more. Maybe add one more weight here and there, and surely do more crunches/situps and squats. |

OMG I need that too! (I gained 9kg since working O.O) I texted about gym rates and stuff the other day, but I guess I sent it to the wrong number hehe.

Hey thanks. Yeah, the abdominals still have ways to go. I think the real challenge will be keeping it off, lol
I guess it's time for changes in eating habits and sticking to those changes. Oh well, it's worth trying.
You'll see a huge difference if you change your diet up.
Yes, thanks. I've always liked greens and fruits, so eating those frequently should be no probs. It's reducing carbs and junk that I need to stick to.
Funny how thing work out. My parents told me that lots of exercise was the key. My grandparents told me that eating right was the key. As it turns out, it's a combination of both. | |
